Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery within Germany typically takes 2–4 business days. Austria and Switzerland may require 3–6 business days.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre.

Shipping is included in the displayed product price for standard delivery to Germany. There are no hidden fees at checkout. Express shipping options, when available, are shown separately before payment.

Every shipment includes a tracked delivery. If your parcel is delayed beyond 7 business days or arrives damaged, contact support@autoqr.de with your order number and we will resolve it promptly — including free replacement for damaged goods.
