AutoQR provides privacy-first QR contact tags for vehicles and keyrings. When a third party scans your tag, they can send a message or request a private call without seeing your phone number. The service is operated from Germany and intended primarily for users in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the accuracy of information displayed on your QR profiles.

One QR code may only be activated by the person who purchased or received it. Reselling activated tags without transferring ownership through our system is prohibited.

You agree not to use AutoQR for harassment, spam, impersonation, illegal activity, or any purpose that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that receive credible abuse reports or trigger automated anti-spam thresholds.

QR tags must not be placed in a way that misleads scanners about the nature of the contact request (e.g. pretending to be an official authority).

AutoQR is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or incidents arising from third-party misuse of the contact bridge.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by German law, including liability for injury to life, body, or health caused by negligence.
